Michelle's Story
We all carry our own invisible maps - marked by the valleys we’ve crossed and the mountains we’ve climbed. While our landscapes may differ, the call to find our way home to ourselves is universal. This is a short summary of how I found my way back.
For many years, my voice was not my own. Early in my life, I experienced a winter of the soul - a time of silence and shadows that taught me to shrink, to hide, and to quiet my own light. This early "quieting" followed me throughout my life, lleading me into a world where I was often misunderstood and mistreated. I spent decades searching for a "home" in other people because I didn't know how to find one within myself. I walked through the fire of broken marriages and the collapse of intimate dreams. I watched as the life I had built crumbled, not once, but twice, leaving me with nothing but my two hands and the fierce will to survive.
The Depth of the Valley I have known the humility of scrubbing toilets & floors to put bread on the table, and I have felt the adrenaline of standing before thousands to speak of resilience. Yet, even in my "successes," I was running on empty.
For five years, I was the sole anchor for my daughter through a serious and gruelling illness. Simultaneously, I stood as the foundation for my other daughter as she navigated the brave and daunting path of teenage motherhood. I was a caregiver for everyone but myself. I lived in a state of constant "fight or flight," a nervous system pushed to its limit. I learned the hard way that when we try to save everyone else while our own temple is in ruins, it leads only to the gray ash of burnout, anger, and a deep, heavy depression.
The Moment the Rose Bloomed It was in that state of absolute exhaustion - when I had nothing left to give and no strength left to fight - that the "Blue Rose" finally found me. I realized that my children didn't need a mother who was a martyr; they needed a mother who was whole. I understood then that I could not lead my children to a land of power if I was still living as an exile.
Your Path, Your Power. I share these fragments of my life not because my challenges are greater than anyone else's, but to show you that grace can bloom anywhere. We all face our own unique storms - some quiet and internal, others loud and life-altering. Your challenges are the sacred soil in which your own "Blue Rose" is waiting to grow.
This platform was born from the realization that the healing of the future begins with the nourishment of the guardian. I have navigated my dark nights so that I can hold the lantern while you navigate yours.
You don't have to wait until you are broken to choose yourself. By coming back to your own strength, you are showing the next generation exactly how to stand in theirs. My life is no longer a story of what was taken from me. It is a story of what I have reclaimed. And I am here to help you do the same.
In love and sovereignty,
